Bottom line, your warranty will not be voided. It is possible that specific claims will be denied if the problem/issue can be shown to be related to coding you did. If you reverse the coding back to factory and the problem persists, then the claim should be good. For example, say you code the seat belt chime to be off. You bring it in to the dealer because one of your brake calipers failed and they notice that your seat belt chime does not ding. Can they deny the brake repair because of that? Answer: No.
