Our Q7 is a great platform as is, but why is it nobody makes aftermarket Intake, Exhaust or at least Computer upgrade
for our car. The only option you can get is black exhaust tip and you can find that for the 2018's. At least last
generation of Q7 is fully supported on aftermarket stuff. Though ABT makes kit for the car but their prices
is not for everyone.

I imagine the market for Audi tunes starts with the coupes and sedans and then slowly makes its way to the SUVs. I know that's how it is/was with BMW, where even having the same engine didn't necessarily mean you got the same amount of mods and options, where there was a huge preference for the E9X 3 series and the 1 series over the 5/, 6, and 7 series, despite having models with the same N54 engine.
I think the European Q7 models with the 3.0 TFSI do have options for a tune for a moderate bump in power, but they haven't made their way stateside.

There just isn't enough of a demand yet. Majority of the NA market are not looking for performance options on the current gen and it's still a fairly new vehicle and engine. APR is said to be working on a tune but ETA is unknown. As for EU, a large portion of sales are diesel so not much pull to get petrol tunes, though like you said ABT has a piggy back available, and they SQ7 is an option over their. ABT also says that they have had little interest as of now to do any suspension work for steel since air is the majority of sales.
In time there will be more options but the last gen also didn't have many aftermarket options in the first few years.

I don't think Q7 caters to performance buyers even though it's peppy as it is. If you really want performance, get SQ5 3.0 with S sport and dynamic steering. I bet it will leave anything that you do to a Q7 in dust.
If you already have a Q7, then you can code it to stay at S permanently if that's an option its as good as any computer upgrade or chip that promises to give you x HP magically.

I would not label the Q7 as insufficient when it comes to power, but, I would welcome more of it. My wife has the Q5, that 2.0 with the DCT is amazing. I actually prefer to drive it because its...FUN. Yes, its all about power to weight, torque delivery and so on...but knowing some things are limited to what can be changed, power would be nice.
