i have a 3.0 diesel 272hp/ 600Nm.. i was wondering...if i am racing a 3.0 petrol Q7 up a hill.... which one would win the race?

Nm is capacity to do the work.
hp is how quickly work can be accomplished. Time is involved.
As Q7 has also gearbox, supposedly with different ratios, for calculations, it also should be taken into account, what is exact power at the wheels.
