Picked up new Q7 today and having difficulty with the phone
First let me say that the car is awesome! I hope I can post some pictures over the next few days. I got the Silver/Nougat option with the layered wood for anyone who might be interested in seeing that combination.
Now with that said, I was hoping that those who have gone before me might help with this question I have on the phone. I was using the phone in three different ways - bluetooth, carplay and on phone itself. As long as I stayed on the telephone/car play screen, my call worked. If I changed either screen (the pop up or the dash) the call would go to static for the other person. Not disconnected - I could hear the person on the other end of the line, but they could not hear me. I could not get the call to resume by simply going back to the telephone screen. The only way to fix the problem was to swap the call to my phone and then swap it back to the car via bluetooth. Has anyone else experienced this phenonmenon?
