Premium vs. Premium Plus
Wife and I finally decided to go ahead and buy a 2.0 Q7.
Before the 2018 model changes were announced, I had my mind squarely set on the Premium Plus, mostly because it had the keyless entry and I really don't like the weird rows of 1-8 buttons on the MMI control. Navigation would be nice to have, but not really necessary.
Now keyless entry is included in the base Premium trim. PP is an additional $4000, for which I get Navigation and Bose speakers.
The Compare page on the Audi site says "Side Assist" is "Selected" (the other options says "Standard"). Does that mean it's included or not?
Am I missing any other significant difference between Premium and Premium Plus?
Any thoughts on P vs. PP would be much appreciated...

I believe the Apple car play only comes part of the MMI package which is 3k or so. The P+ also comes with side assist and 2018s come with Bose sound. We got the P+ 2018 delivered last week (ordered May 2017) and it's been awesome so far. Glad we went with the P+ and with the 2.0 version were able to avoid run flats. The wheels are so so, but the wife likes them so...

Wow, that is messed up!
Apple Car Play is standard on all A4s. You can buy Nav for $3000 extra.
But they bundled Apple Car Play *with* Nav on the Q7, so that you must get both or none! That blows.
