Q7 service interval, follow car or follow pdf?
I have a 2017 Q7 for nearly 2 years, I don't drive much, only 5K miles/y, so only have 9900miles on it now.
I did the first year minor maintenance on 2018 May.
Currently don't have plan to get a $999 audi care since I guess I can't take benefit of the 30K or 40K related maintenance because of the 5K / year.
Based on the MY2017-AudiUSA-Scheduled-Maintenance.pdf I need to do the 20K standard maintenance (every 2 years).
But on the MMI system "service & checks" it shows:
Next oil change in 5000 mi / 15 days
Next inspection in 15000 mi / 380 days
Does that mean I only need to do oil change this year? If that's true then it seems I really don't need audi care.
It seems like the MMI system shows conflict things with the MY2017-AudiUSA-Scheduled-Maintenance.pdf. Which one should I follow?
Also any suggestion about where to do the oil change around San Jose south bay area?
Thanks.

The point is MMI system give something different then the owner manual.
I wonder why the MMI system show something more than 365 day for that "Next inspection in 15000 mi / 380 days " while the manual says maintenance is every year.

Do the 2 year service. The brake fluid needs to be changed every 2 years regardless of mileage. The service indicator on the MMI is a joke.
