That's a huge upgrade over my Q8 with the all plastic doors. This has the the door pockets all covered in leather as well. Is that option available for Q8? If I get another Audi I will have to custom order to take advantage, looks sooooo much better....

That car did sell. Ended up leasing it to someone who got a Q7 when it first came out when lease prices were crazy high, so there was very little cost difference to them and they got a huge upgrade. But yes, anything above $70k on a Q7 has just about no resale value to it.

I'm hoping to see some 'normal' lease-deals for MY20. By normal, I mean lease-payments that are lower than finance-payments like they supposed to be...but I guess with Audi, that will be wishful thinking..LOL

Are you saying that the lease-conditions on the Q7 have improved or aren't as bad anymore as at the beginning of MY19 and back to where they were about two years ago?

I would even consider getting a fully loaded one again if my payment doesn't go up (or even goes down). Although the MSRP will be higher for an equally equipped model, the rebates off MSRP that are available improved as well. I got 5% off and it seems we are closer to 10 now.
My lease ends in February 2020 so I'm curious if I should focus on squeezing in the new purchase by the end of 2019. Since this is my first Audi, I don't know how they deal with early terminations if you lease a new vehicle. Some brands make you pay for each payment you haven't made and others - like Ford - wave the last payments. This will be a deciding factor in the timing as well..
