Wondering if anyone else has a rattle from the front defroster vent area? It's rapid / random ticking related to irregular road surfaces.

Dealer replaced HVAC blower but didn't seem to help.

Noted today you can hear the same sound sometimes when the mmi display reaches the top of it's travel when opening up. Tapping or wiggling the display doesn't though. I feel like if I could get the center speaker assembly out it might become apparent, but no success past the top grate.

Hi Jeffrey, I've had the same ongoing problem from my 2016 TT. Taken into the dealers 4x, with no luck. Did you get anywhere with this?

No luck. Audi and dealers will not fix if they cannot replicate and it's intermittent. Seems to be temperature related.

I located mine as being the driver side AC vent housing...wedge a folded biz card in the area between the vent housing and dash material and see if it goes away.

Doesn't seem to be from there, touching, holding, pressing, etc. and of the vents when it's doing it doesn't seem to have any impact. Thanks for the advice though, maybe it'll help someone.
