Default Rear power socket and fuse panel question

I have two questions:
1. Is the cargo area power socket switched or always-on, or is it delayed-off like some vehicles (some cars will let you continue using power \ for x period of time then cuts off the power).
And
2. Does anyone know if there is any empty switched fuse slots in cargo area driver-side fuse panel?

The rear cargo power socket is switched. For hard-wired accessory that I wanted switched back there, I spliced into the back of the power socket. I could not find any switched fuses in that panel.
