So far I’ve only heard of people with 2018 cars getting this fix. Has anyone been successful with a 2017 Q7 Prestige having the camera issue and getting the latest firmware update? I have version 0377.

Fixed via dealer TSB

Done, no problems so far. Dealer has to to the software upload. TSB for it.

Just had mine updated by the dealer to 1316 today - very easy, from an SD card, took a little over an hour. So far, so good - standing by to see if the surround view reverts to graphic. Hopefully also prevents the random switching from GE to standard view in the map as well.
