My 2017 q7 prestige with adaptive air suspension emits a dull thud that I perceive as coming from the rear suspension as the car bounces over highway dips. The suspension compresses on the bottom of the dip and then as the car settles at the top of the bounce the thud is felt. This happens predominantly in dynamic or auto mode but not so noticeably in comfort mode. The dealer thinks this is normal for the new q7 with adaptive suspension. I'm not yet convinced. Does anyone have any ideas ?
