I am having a hard time getting ATT service to work consistently

My phone connects but it refuses to search the internet and if by some chance it does it is as if I am using dial up service.

Is anyone else having the same problem

If someone has a fix, please help

what is your signal strength and what band is ATT using when you experience this. It'll show both these right in the MMI.

Signals are strong and LTE lights up but wifi refuses to work with internet only music but will not stream from Apple Music or internet at all

Did you just call up AT&T and add the Q7 to your mobile account, how much a month? Saleman just connected my Q7 to the free trial yesterday for audi connect and the other one but he said for the price you don't get much data. he suggested adding to my cell phone account, but called AT&T the girl said i had to call audi to get the extra data and permission. Curious cause if you have Directv, free data to watch on phone or tablet buy salesman didn't know how that would work, anyone know? Thanks John
