If you look at the difference in the LED lighting package between P+ and Prestige, you'll clearly see that center console lighting is only in the Prestige. Hence the missing LED strip in the center console in Kong's Q.
Where center console = the area where the gear shifter and MMI and volume ***** are located. If you have it in you P+, then you have a manufacturing defect (a good one).
