Default Third row seat coversion for spare tire

I own a new 2018 Q7, live in Texas and need to carry a spare tire driving in remote West Texas. Does anyone know of a custom builder who can convert the third row seat, which I have no need for, into a spare tire wheel well? I am surprised that with all of the many "options" Audi offers it does not offer a PRACTICAL option for a spare tire. Thank you for your feedback!

Just get one of these, it's available in India, but I think you can find it on ebay as well:

Based on your post, I assume you don't want to limit your cargo capacity. I've never seen anyone remove the 3rd row to get more space but it's a good idea.
How much does the wheel+tire combination weigh? You can try to mount it on the roof if your garage allows the extra clearance.

Or what about a hitch mounted spare carrier? They have fixed ones and ones that swing away to allow access to the cargo area.

Someone on this board recommended this to me once: https://www.wilcooffroad.com/shop/hitchgate-offset/

I don't have one but it seems like it would be a lot easier to get the wheel on and off and wouldn't hurt fuel efficiency nearly as much as a roof mount. According to the manufacturer, you can still tow when it's installed, which is kinda cool.
