After comparing everything went with OEM bars and cargo box and couldn’t be happier. Ended up being only slightly more expensive. The look great and the box is beautiful especially that it matches the vehicle.

I'm going to need some crossbars for the new Q7. I've always had Tule AeroBlade Edge crossbars on my Jeeps. They whistle a bit, but that is to be expected. I've seen the OEM crossbars on a few Q7's and they seem to sit much higher than Thule. Does anyone have a preference for either product?
Plus you can get them for some 350$.

call up rack outfitters and ask for a discount they should throw 10% at you.
i would get the lock kit off of amazon... cheaper than anywhere else and one of the easiest things to install once you get the bars on.

also, if you plan on getting a thule cargo box, not a bad idea to buy a bigger one key lock core set so you can use the same key for everything and not worry about it... just my $0.02
