Did you mean 295? I've seen other threads mention 275 which has a LOT more options over 285.

Sorry - I did mean 295. I prefer to go wider than narrower so 275 isn't something I would consider.

On a related note, my Q7 on order has the BO package with the included 21 inch tires/wheels. Are those RFT or non-RFT? I can't seem to find a reference to that with a search.

Thanks!

Could be either. Mine came with non RFs and a tire repair kit under the back floor.

Those will NOT be run-flat. RFTs are not available in the 21 inch size. Some mistakenly believe that they have them, but RFTs do not currently exist in that size.

Unless you purchased tire protection or they don't find a puncture and identify the leak to be at the wheel seal, you'll likely be paying for a new tire.
Have you checked to see if you have anything embedded in the tread? Sounds like you may have a nail/screw in it and is causing a slow leak.

I have the Perellis and have 30k and they’re doing fine. Run flats. But I know they will need to be replaced. But man, I’m nervous driving without a spare.

That would be a good forum question. Who has had a tire problem where they had to use their spare?

I have 22k on my 20in Pirellis and I'm almost to the wear marks. I drive like an old lady too. Half of those miles are highway. I can't see getting to 30k. I can't wait to get non-runflats, These are so loud. I took it to the dealer thinking a wheel bearing was going bad.
