Triple digit speed
So today I was late for something pretty important, so I put the Q in dynamic and smashed up the highway. I must say the Q is very stable at these speeds. Rolling through the turns, you could feel the heft of the vehicle but the roll was minimal and felt solid after the vehicle settled into the corner also the grip was there pulling me out. There was no floaty, bouncy or swaying feeling. I know its no racecar but was really impressed with its high speed attributes. Definitely felt sports sedanish.
Disclaimer: I am not saying to go haul *** over 100+ in your Q7, but just sharing my high rate of speed experience in my particular rare situation. That is all

It still amazes me how effortlessly this big SUV gets up to "highway" speeds, and how solid it feels at those speeds..

Agreed. The car is German after all and built for long range, high speed crushing — if not bahnstorming, its electronically limited top speed in EU is 250 kmh — and 100 mph barely gets you going on the better sections of the autobahn

Is it just me or did you feel the steering stiffen up a bit a higher speeds? yeah, the Q feels very planted at high speeds (or so I heard from a friend of a friend)

It should tighten up in dynamic mode a little bit. I've driven a Q7 to ~110mph without any fear of stability. On the other hand my SQ5 has hit 140mph but the road had slight up/down fluctuations so I didn't push my luck. I could feel the car loosing downforce due to road conditions (fyi middle of nowhere road, no one to hit, no other cars within 20 miles). I'm sure if I tried at sea level on a perfectly flat road I wouldn't have issues.

How is torque vectoring in Q7. I know it's using brake pulses unlike a proper sport diff. I used to love sports diff on my S4. Do you ever feel torque vectoring kicking on high speed turns?
