haha I know...was surprised too! Looks like no one cares about the XC90 any more?! Or may be that's not exactly the forum I need to post this...anyways, just curious how did you know I didn't get any responses

We just got our Q7 after ONLY considering the XC90 for quite a while. In fact, we were in the middle of searching for the perfect XC90 and waiting around at the dealership when we decided to just go down to the Audi dealership (same owner, literally at the other end of the same lot). We drive the Q7 and then once again drove the XC90 - so back to back to back. There was absolutely no comparison and we ended up walking away from the XC90.

Both ride incredibly well and drive incredibly well. BUT, the touch interface on the XC90, for all it's features, is just too cumbersome to be fiddling with while driving. The Q7 has actual buttons for things that should have buttons instead of directing everything through the touch interface. And a lot of the surfaces of the XC90 just feel too cheap compared with the same surfaces in the Q7. For the same money, I couldn't see making the choice of the XC90 over the Q7.
