Thanks. It smells and looks so good, I'm afraid to take her out of the garage...

I noticed there are alot Seattle folks in this forum. Where is this coast everyone is talking about?
The Oregon coast...very pretty, especially Astoria where the Columbia River meets the Pacific, Seaside and Canon Beach. That's some good road tripping!

Thank you, that's encouraging. My Q has officially reached Houston as of today unless she somehow fell overboard, lol!
Not too much longer. I'm so excited but at the same time misty eyed about parting ways with my '01 Toyota 4Runner...

I had tears parting with my S5 until I drove the Q7 home -- best decision ever.

My Q7 just made it to the dealer, will pick it up Wednesday. I will miss my WRX STI, but life goes on. It doesn't fit the family and all of their accoutrements anymore. Since I am getting rid of my sports car I decided it could only be for something as nice as the new Q7.

If you got the 3.0 it's within a second of the 0-60 run time of the WRX STI. It smokes for its size.

That's one of the things I like about the Q7. Though it won't out handle the STI. But the Subaru won't fit a double stroller and the interior quality is in a different league. Also I'm more excited about retractable rear sunshades than I probably should be.
