Rick - thanks for these pictures. I've had my WT cargo mat for a week and I never noticed the cutouts for the cargo net hooks. Assume you had to cut those out (e.g., with a box cutter)?

Yes, you have to cut them out. Easily done with some sharp scissors. Probably a cleaner result than a box cutter.
