inside above the horizontal part of the window, it's shaped like a "b" and has a flap to cover the hole.

also, on the vertical pillar there's a small hook, i assume to hang something.

haven't found anything in the user manual that shows the purpose of these two things.

B-hole is a mount for a cargo divider I suspect. It was on my Q5 anyway.

The small hook is to hang a suit jacket from. Hang it from the little loop inside the jacket and it should fold in half perfectly.

Its for a cargo divider. I got one with my Q7. There should also be the same holes in the rear of the vehicle behind the 2nd row seats.
