Default What's the correct leg movement to open trunk?

I look deranged waving my legs under the boot for 10 seconds in the hope it will open and most timesbwill give up.

Bahahahahaha! Maybe try the hokey pokey?

Seriously, the dealer was showing me this showing me feature. He said you have to waive foot under driver's side of rear, but it didn't work for him either.

A single kick up right or left side of the hitch (center) then step back, it will open You can even tough the underside of the car when you kick. Takes a few seconds. Don't kick side to side.

The part I was missing was the step back part. Kick to the right or left of the trailer hitch. Straight in and out. Then step back. You have to step back out of the way.

You also have to wait a few seconds before you decide that it didn't work. If you do it, think it didn't work, and then do it again too soon, you essentially cancel out the first command and nothing happens.

I'll try again tonight. I've had my 2018 Prestige for a month now and haven't gotten it to work once. I have the feature on my other car and never had issues getting it to work with a kick.
