Default will these fit on a 2018 q7?

I want to buy these but I am very ignorant when it comes to wheels and off sets etc. Seller states off a sq5. How will the wider tire and lower profile affect driving? Will they be a lot louder?or just balance of car in general? thoughts?im in a 18 audi q7 regualr suspension NOT air. thanks here are some pics and size?

Rear - 22x10.5 et 20

the specs of the wheels are really close to what i'm running on my car, so yes they will fit. tire size is too small. the 295 width will work but 30 series tire is too thin for the Q7. i saw this posted and considered getting them for my car, he has them posted for a great price. i would recommend if you do want to buy the wheels that you buy either a 285/35/22 or 305/35/22 tires for them.

just my own opinion but i think that stock suspension would look a little weird with that setup. i think there would be too much wheel gap and won't compliment the aggressive fitment of the wheels.

Thanks for the information. I don’t want to drop the q7 and you’re prolly right about how it may look “off” with 22’s. I had a 2011 fx35 with Iss forged 22”s and dropped it just an inch and I had all kinds of issues I didn’t know I was going to have. Perhaps I’ll just stick with my stock 20’s

i think 22's would look fine, maybe a set that isn't as aggressive fitment wise would work better.
