Seems I’m alone in the route that I went. Found a bargain on E-Bay from someone who turned their Q7 in off lease. Moda MD-11 18” rims with General Grabber 255/55R18. Tires look like Jeep Wrangler standard issue, and they are equally noisy. So far only one proper snow/ice experience and they worked nicely. I may swap out for Blizzaks or other in the next couple of seasons, but for $340 for the whole package, I’ll take it...

How did you like these?
I just got a tire rack package with 18" versions of these but am afraid they are going to be complete mush in the dry on pavement.
But that is what you have to live with for supreme winter traction when you need it.

They worked out fine. Actually the ride was a little better than my OEM 21" summers. Very quiet & handling was comperable. Used them for two seasons until they came out with AO (Audi Original) 21" all seasons (Pirelli Scorpion Zero). I got tired of switching wheels twice a year & where I am all seasons are perfectly adequate. I put a set of those on & then unexpectedly ended up trading it in.

Default Will Macan wheels fit?

Is there any chance these wheels would fit my 2018 Q7? Currently has 21” wheels with summer tires.

O.Z. Racing Superturismo Dakar rims with Michelin Latitude HP tires Bolt pattern 5X112, 265/45R20 fronts, 295/40R20 rears, Includes TPMS and center caps,

thanks - Eric

Fake parts break hearts... Buy the real thing or buy the real thing used if one can't afford it.

No such thing as best. There are plenty of great options. Just choose one.

I've read excellent reviews (Consumer Reports and on Tire Rack) that the Michelin X-Ice Latitude Xi2 is a great choice. They come in a 255/55R19 size to fit the Q7.

I have these replica 19" wheels from Costco. They look identical to the OEM 19" ones:

with 255/55R19 BLIZZAK DM-V2
If I could I would get Michelin X-Ice Latitude Xi

I just went with a 18" tire rack package with 255/55/18 Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2. Very quiet, smooth ride. Mushy on dry pavement at highway speeds but that is to be expected. I will report in after the next winter weather event. Hopefully I will get two seasons out of them but not hopeful with skiing every weekend and putting over 650 miles on the car a week in the winter.
