Would coding the car void the warranty?

Keep in mind anything you can code in, is something Audi has already tested and chose to disable in the background. It's not like you are adding extra power, changing stresses to the driveline, etc.

Most of the stuff that you can change is enabled in different regions, or for different features (DAP vs non-DAP) for example. On my BMW, many dealerships would actually code in changes if you asked (for a fee). One was the ability to remember auto start/stop which was fixed by the time I bought my 2016 (remembering the last setting) due to all the customers complaining about it (too bad we can't with Audi...)

That being said, if you got mucking under the hood with OBDEleven, and bricked a module so you couldn't change it back and it won't start up, I'd expect them to not warranty that module (and only that module).
