Default Anyone converted to a rotary A/C compressor?

A/C shop says my "mini" York (that was rebuilt four years ago) is leaking badly. Rather than try another rebuild, or pay big bucks for a reman replacement, I'm thinking of going with a modern rotary. They're smaller, lighter, more efficient, quieter...

Looks like there are several versions of an adapter plate used for '70s and early '80s 911s that might do the trick. Anyone gone this route?

Default Thanks, but it looks like he just used the 80/90 setup (on right side)

The urq doesn't have much room over there. ;^)
