Best sensors are the stock ones..
Stock oil pressure sensor fits in place of the existing pressure switch, but gives both pressure and swith outputs, so you don't loose anything.
Stock oil temp gauge replaces oil pressure release valve,so I don't know how you'd use anything BUT a stock sender there.
I'm sure you could get both fairly easily from used suppliers like Force 5.
If you use any other senders, I'm not sure how you'd be sure of any calibration, as gauges and senders are usually designed to work together.

As Frank said get the sensors at the same time as the guages and your good to go. Get the mount plate from a CGR+T and they bolt right into the UrQ. There are only 3 wires on the guages so light + and Neg. If your lucky you can get the pigatils with the guages, if not still pretty easy to wire, BTDT.

With regards to the oil px sender/switch, make sure you get one (I believe it's on the early 4000's) that has the .3Bar switch, and not the later 1.8bar switch for the dynamic oil pressure system. I am actually running with the later switch temporarily, but I have disconnected the idiot light. It would be best to have both.
