Default Clutch Q's

So I get in my friends Ur, that I have been working on for the past forever, push the clutch down put it in reverse and the gears grind. Take my foot off the clutch pedal and it doesnt return, its stuck on the floor. I am thinking it is either the clutch master or slave. Does this sound like it to you? Also, I hear that if one goes you should probably replace both. So if this is the problem, are there any BTDT suggestions?

Default Sounds like fun

You could try bleeding the system first, then see what happens. Also check the master cylinder rod in the inside of the car, hopefully it hasnt broken in half. May be time for a slave and master RR. I had told you before, that Urq firewall brace is REALLY nice .
RR'ing the master and slave isnt that bad, either.
