Something is fishy here.
Well he sold this exact manifold back in Jan - it's the one item in his feedback. Was it returned - or was he bidding on his own item??
I remember this auction from January. same photos and description. I didn't bid because I didn't have enough 5 cyl savy to know if this is something I want.

If you have a 10V turbo, you want this, or something like this. (especially if your upgrading your turbo as well.) IIRC it was a single year option for Audi. Has very good flow for a factory part and not prone to the cracking mentioned in the ad. Folks were buying them new from Audi back in the day $700+. Some have had to trim or dimple their down tube to get it to fit 100% but nothing major. 4-5 years ago easily a $400+ part used if in good shape. The internal throat webbing does tend to crack but easily fixed by a good welder. Today they don't seem to bring as much, maybe every 10V is already modded or better after market alts?
