Default It is definately not Shokan's car. This was Bruno's 20V long wheel base car.

and the last car he sold. Shokan car is a 10V car, but externally practically identical as it also used to belong to Bruno. In case anyone was wondering, here is the list of urquattro Rally cars still in the US that I know of (and I think its the full list).

Buffum 10V LWB Group 4 - With Buffum VT
Shokan 10V LWB former Bruno-Shokan NY
Sprongl 20V LWB former Bruno - Toronto ON
Bufkin 20V LWB former Bruno - Austin TX

of the cars, my car is the newest build with the least history. The Buffum car has the most and the Shokan car was formerly driven my Mouton. The Sprongl car was converted from a 10V and that 10V engine went into the Sprongl's S2 which won many rallies
-------------------------------------------

I'm not 100% sure on this point, but I think the Sprongl's ran the hill a few times and won. I know the car they're driving now was the 2nd place car behing Choiniore's 500hp Hyundai and it was lent to the Sprongl's for that run.

Default Ha! Thats funny..

The Sprongl's borrowed my car for the 2001 Quebec rally.

I have their letter that says "I agree to fix any damage I cause... signed, F. Sprongl"

I did stop in to see the Sprongl's back in 2005 on my way to Montreal. Nice guys.

Default I remember him in thas rally in your car.

That was not the only time he borrowed it. I was at that rally and remember the super special. He drove it well and never broke anything.

Default He also used it in Prescot AZ

Around 2001 rally seazon when Prescot was still a part of SCCA Pro Rally serees. I remember Frank stalling it on a 90 left turn at a spectator area. The car was white at that time.

Default Funny story

I bumped into George (Bruno's rally service tech) around 1999 and he told me that Bruno is considering building air conditioned rally car. We laughed over it and then your car emerged to the world. I wounder if it ever had A/C.

Quick Reply: Frank @ Targa Newfoundland... anyone know whats up with the car??
