Very Nice!!
Welcome! That car is sweet! I believe that the 4000q carpeting is compatible if I'm not mistaken. The GT or 4000s carpets are different because of the taller propshaft tunnel. Here's a link to a company that makes new sets...never seen their work though.

Carpet from a 4kq is a perfect fit. You just need to cut a hole for seatbelt bar used on the ur q
The hole used for the 4kq front seatbelt matches right up on the ur quattro, but the quattro used two mounting holes for bar that the belt attaches to. You just need to cut that hole in the 4kq carpet and it is done. Because you are adding a hole instead of hiding one, it is an exact match to the ur quattro carpet. 4kqs are relatively easy to find in salvage yards, and even very nasty looking carpets will clean up to like-new condition.
The bad part is that there are VERY few 4kqs with brown interiors, so finding brown carpet to match an early car is not easy.
I don't have experience with the cut and sewn carpets sold for ur quattros, but IME with other cars, I would take a good used OEM molded carpet over the cut and sewn stuff any day.

another option maybe...?
I had posted the same question to the Urq email list and recieved much the same info as has been posted here. 4k "fronts" work except the seatbelt issue. gt has the tunnel issue. another question was what changed on the 85 model year 4k, cause I've heard pre 85 doesn't work.
someone had sent me to this link indicating they
do quality work (although it wasn't an Audi set) although a bit pricey... ~$700 for both front and back (versus $1800 from the dealer!!!) I've been in contact with them and another generous soul on the email list has offered up an extra used set so roadworksauto can either confirm they have a set already or to use as a template for making a set! If I don't hear from them by the end of day, I'll call them tomorrow...
will keep you all informed.<ul><li><a href="http://www.roadworksauto.com/Carpets/audi.htm">http://www.roadworksauto.com/Carpets/audi.htm</a</li></ul>

Its the regular 4 light set up, minus the center two
<center><img src="http://shim1.shutterfly.com/procgserv/47b6da37b3127cce98548a4bd25300000017100Absmjhs2asW Lg"></center><p>the previous owner removed the two inner lights, and meshed in there place. He had the right idea going on, looks good-but lighting sucks. I may upgrade to H4, or H1H4's but i hate like hell to spend another $700 on E-code lights..Thoughts?

Judging by the front of the car...
...the PO was/is an AudiSport fan, so I can understand the attempt at the single lense look.
Nice bumper cover, too.
Unfortunately, there are no cheap routes to good lighting, although I transitioned from Halogen to Xenon with my H4's for $300 or so. The light is very nice. Halogen wasn't even that bad with the H4's, but my eyes react better to the softer, crisper Xenon discharge.
As for housings, the H4's work well with an SQ grille, but look suspect with the OEM unit, IMO. Personal preference. If I were you, I'd consider getting the Xenon kit for your current setup, as long as you like the look.
Nice looking car, btw. My favorite color, too.

Locally we can buy the E-codes for those pretty cheap
I believe I paid less than $100 for my Toyota truck. That way it would upgrade the sealed beams you have, with no change to the look of the car, for pretty cheap.
Check out your local auto parts emporium to see if they can get the e-code housings for the stock sealed-beam sizes.
