where does the vacuum/pressure line go to on the wastegate?

Default where does the vacuum/pressure line go to on the wastegate?
the one from the small nipple on top,it seems mine is not connected to anything and I am certain that's not correct.

Well then that means mine must "not" be hooked up the right way, cause there's no hose giong to the nipple.

Default Looks like a vacuum line should be connected but...
nothing connects to the nipple on the wastegate of an 83 urq.
