This is for a R&D project. paint/cosmetic condition isn't critical as long as it isn't bent or cracked (some broken fastners, etc are ok too as long as it can still be mounted on a car), don't need internal aluminum bumper impact bar, grills or other attachments, just the skin and backing. I can get a new one for $375+shipping so looking for a cheaper local alternative.
