My wife got a ticket in my car at Cherry Creek for no front plate. Nice, another revenue opportunity. I will mark that off as places not to do business.

I have a friend who refused to put a front plate on his 3 series, and the same enforcer ticketed him weekly for two months outside his Wash Park home. I just laughed and shook my head when he told me this.

ouch!!! I now keep my Front plate in the Window.. FYI if you park downtown they will ticket you for no front plate...

Been that way for ages. My lady used to live in Cherry Creek (6 years ago) and I would get tickets every now and then. It is more likely downtown however.

It's a state law and should be expected anywhere you go in the state.

No sense putting the plate in the front window, that is not legal so you can still get a ticket.

I knew downtown is a danger zone and so I always park in a garage (or in a surface lot where I can press my front bumper close to a wall or something). I didn't know Cherry Creek was an issue. I haven't had a ticket in a year without a plate (even though I got a ticket for rolling through a stop sign), but I'm willing to accept a few when I get one.

Got a ticket for having the plate on the dash behind the windshield once myself a few years back. The law states where the front plate can be and that does not count.
