What's everyone got on the odometer? 200k+ please chime in... My old man's urS4 is...

approaching 300k! No rebuilds on the motor or tranny as of yet. Car has been down the strip (Bandimere - of course) a few times. Best time at 14.5s w/ a 60ft time of 1.9 secs.
Car has been in the family since 120k (at which point we installed a new clutch)
Factory turbo
Factory paint
2nd clutch (w/ lots of life left, it appears anyway..)
37th windshield (lol, unsure... but it seems one a year around here...)
2nd set of headlamp lenses (thank you, Audi, for not making us replace the entire headlight)

What impresses me most, beyond the 300k turbo and full compression w/o rebuild, are the black factory leather sport seats and the pearl white paint!!! (see below, made picture so big for paint clarity and for wallpaper purposes.. it's presently mine...)

He by no means drive it like a grandpa (which he is..), the car sees redline and full boost at least once a driven day. I've witnessed a couple of line-launches from the passenger seat, and also driver's seat (hence the 14.5..), and 1st gear is still mighty strong throughout the abuse! The driver's seat hardly shows its age, much like the rest of the car. I've seen some 80k cars in worse condition, I would bet money most would think there's only 140k on it.

Here's a pic of my buddy's and my dad's. Mine was two S4s to the left of these... but less impressive. Previous owner neglected it... =( Black '94 has around 130k, Pearl '93 currently has 290k... not a crack in the carbon fiber either!

I'll gladly provide more pics and info if there's enough interest. . . Hoping there's somebody out there that's as happy as me with a long life of S-Audi ownership ahead...

=)

At my current rate of 40k miles a year, I will see 200k in a year or so.

Hopefully my luck is as good as yours!

204000 on my 1991 CQ

the VC and intake as been off (they are painted) but I do not have records.

It is a beater but still gets me to work fine.

Re: '...' 200k in a year or so.

I have yet to see a Bx S4 with factory turbos above 200k. I'm sure there's a few out there, but I've also seen quite a few go out prior to the rather low 100k mark... Glad to see yours is slightly modded and still going strong!

My bro's B5 is w/ 160 and needs a turbo or two.
My good buddy's Allroad had 100k when we did K04s on his.

By the way, forgot to mention that the ole' man has a TAP1 stg 2 kit w/ upgraded wastegate spring and (blue) SAMCOs... his factory IC hose just blew at the 250k mark.

Let's see, 8 years and I still haven't hit 100k....

So, maybe in 25 years I will get that far along? :)
