windshield problems

I am having problems with the windshield on my s4. It was replaced due to a rock crack last year. The replacement was not installed properly and caused wind noise. The compnay was very nice and changed that one. This one developed a crack from the top edge to the middle last weekend and the company was once again kind enough to look at it. They said they had problems with cracking from this particular brand and replaced it with another brand today. This one has an 1/8" gap on top. The installer claims this particular brand is very reliable however does run a little small (I am not buying shoes here). Should I be concerned about this gap? I think the answer is yes. Can someone recommend a windshield brand that is finally going to work on this car?

I only get OEM glass when I replace. Elite is the only company I use

I had ABRA do mine and would not recommend them

I had issues with my rear view mirror under warranty and they could not get the mirror off so they had to break the glass. Don't get me wrong I was glad for a new windshield at no cost to me but they did a terrible job installing it. They stained my a pillars with god knows what(they told me water), they scratched my hood at one of the corners, and they did not put the exterior trim back on correctly. They did supply me with touch up paint and attempted to clean the a pillars. I had my tech resecure the trim in the correct place too. Even if it was free they did not due a very good job especially for being on an s4. The glass is a good quality so far. knock on wood
