Audi RS6 - 2009 - trouble shifting up on max load
Hi,
I baught 3 years ago an RS6 and since 6 months the car has trouble shifting up when accelerating hard (what the car is made for). when i hit 6200 RPM under full load and manually shift upwards, he kinda "falls into a whole" and with a very rough double click/bang gets into next gear. This is independent of which gear i am tranferring to and is not at all reproduceable - meaning some day the car is running like a train, other days this gear shifts don't work for a meter. After many many visits to audi garages and accompanying euro's, audi more or less gave up and said "live with it" (always nice to here that from the main distributor and quite unbelieveable - but that is how RS clients should be treated i guess ?) anyway - I tried then to work with garages specialized in sports cars (porsches, ferrari etc ..) but also they have no clue anymore - before i go and call to ingolstadt (which is kinda last resort) - does anyone recognize this type of malfunctioning ? does anybody have any idea how to attack this (ps : all readings from the computers are spotless, have been replaced and reprogrammed etc etc ). thanks for any ideas. W
