Default Check your dipstick - they list as quarts, its actually litres which is abt 1.1 qts.

I recently had an oil change, 9 "quarts" as well put in. I had to siphon out about a quart in order to get within the markings.
P.S. - you paid a lot less than me!

Default Did they put the correct oil in?

I haven't had my RS6 for a while, but the oil for my last oil change was about $11-12/quart for the 505.01 spec oil. Make sure the oil they put in meets specification or Audi may void your remaining engine warranty. Maybe the prices have gone down or I just got screwed.

Default Yes, part number matchs the spare oil in the trunk, so price has come down

as even the service manager commented on the fact she thought it was a lot less then it has been in the past.

$90+ is still expensive for an oil change, surely not Jiffy Lube prices
