Default Exterior Protection

Alright. Just bought my RS7 Saturday. Been researching exterior and interior protection pretty hard today and finally decided on two things:
1) Opti-Coat Pro Plus
2) XPel Ultimate

Make one phone call to a certified Opti-Coat "installer" and he instantly tells me Opti-Coat isn't what I should be getting and I should consider Crystal Serum by G Techniq... Says it's new and much better. Then he tells me XPel isn't as good as SunTech...

When we purchased the car we purchased the clear bra (wasn't my choice... wife did it) and some kind of dent protection along with the Perma Plate.
Pretty sure I can get those refunded since it hasn't been 30 days yet.

Curious what the owners here have to say?
Any thoughts? Warnings? Ideas? Preferences?

Guessing by the complete lack of response here... that this question has been asked before, probably a million times. I'll scour the forums before posting something again.

Just in the process of making the same decisions myself. Will be curious to hear what you decide.

How long can you wait? Having it done (no matter which I pick) the weekend of 5/20.

I'll post before and after pics

I don't expect to receive my car until probably the beginning of June now, so I look forward to your pics and your thoughts.

As a film installer myself, I prefer Suntek over 3m and xpel. As for coating I would look up CS II titanum, It's awesome.

I had my RS7 installed with XPel Ultimate + Opticoat Pro Plus on top of Xpel.

Been very happy.

Opticoat Pro Plus is slicked than Opticoat Pro, so it give out more shine.

I have no experience with the other ceramic coatings.

Thank you for the information, that is very helpful. I have been told by three separate installers this week that Opti coat Pro takes 20 days for the full gloss to take effect, and the plus addition after you have the pro installed makes the shine instant so you don't have to wait the 20 days, but it also adds an additional 2-year warranty to the product.
