Head gasket replacement on RS7

Head gasket replacement on RS7
New to audiforum.
Seriously looking at used 2016 RS7- not CPO, not from Audi dealer but dealer is reputable. miles under 30K. Carfax is clean, maintained at Audi dealerships, etc...
Car currently at Audi and via inspection prior to sale, needed fuel injector replaced. Then found out that head gasket needs replacing as it blew during injector replacement because of overboost?
Sounds like serious engine work when head gasket replacement involved.
Appreciate any advice.
