Just curious, are the S7 and A7 spares different? There's many people on eBay selling parts from those cars and I would think that the spare tires and tools wouldn't be hot sellers.

Yes, they are the same. Spare for my '16 RS7 is an A7 spare I found at a junk yard.

Default RS7 Performance with Ceramic brakes

Does anyone know if this spare wheel will fit over the ceramic brake calipers?

The A7 spare will fit over the rear wheel calipers, but not the fronts. You can add a spacer to fit the fronts. See my post here.
