That is the one paired with an electric motor. The "normal" one, will produce 650hp. Honestly, That is one to get. Electric in an RS.... BLEH! All it's going to do is slow down the car in the top end, since the REAL engine will only be producing 550hp, electric motors die at high speed, plain and simple. It's also going to make it pig, look at the weight of that new Panamera Turbo SE, 5100LBS! The RS7 will be lighter, granted not by much.
In my opinion, it's quite pointless. It just looks like Audi is begging for attention from those self-righteous Tesla electric heads. I could care less about them or their precious electric cars. The base RS7 would be faster, better handling, more raw, and a more genuine Audi RS experience. And if 650hp is not enough for you (I don't understand why but...), throw a tune on your "normal" RS7, and scrap that overweight/pointless/electric crap. Plus the extra cost of entry, reliability etc... Just not worth it.
All of this is my personal opinion, and will be interesting to see what others here on the forums think
Let's hear it!
