Default picked up my RS7 a couple of weeks ago in Ingostadt

Runs great, and agreat experience picking up in Europe. Been in Europe for the last 3 1/2 weeks and when ever I stop people come up to the car, I think they heat the mufflers on the Dynamic Package.
I do notice a jerk in transmission while going slow and coming up to a stop sign.
Will probably stay another month.

I think I figured out your problem with the transmission thing:

Default same problem at 80 mph

when I would let off the gas going around 80mph it felt like it was downshifting a gear, around 2200 rpm in the Conforty mode.

Looking at your car covered in raindrops is like seeing a supermodel getting out of the shower.

That Ascari Blue is sexy. The online configurator doesn't do it or the Sepang Blue justice, but they're both great colors.

In dynamic mode, the downshifts are aggressive and the last one before a stop can feel a little rough, but that's generally just the engine braking effect. As for the higher speed jerk, does it feel like cylinder deactivation kicking in or is it really a shift?

Shouldn't happen. In Comfort mode, mine slows smoothly with no shifting when backing off from speeds above 80.

Dynamic mode is a different story of course.

Thanks Fusion Frog and RC
Maybe this shifting thing is part of the way the beast drives.
At 150 on the autobahn feels like your going 50. I just know I am going to be getting a few speeding tickets when I get this car back in the states.
