Sidewall bubble/tire pressure on RS7

Recently had to get a tire replaced on my RS7 (21" rims) due to a sidewall bubble. On a hunch i checked the tire pressures via the MMI and they were 49 psi all around. I thought i read somewhere that overinflation can make bubbles more common.

Anyway...what are you RS7 fellas with factory 21s running pressure wise? if im reading the manual and door jamb sticker correctly, its 45/45 max load and 41/38 normal load.

Also, i assume id have to store the new settings if i lowered my pressure all around??

I am running mine at factory callout 310kPA

So full load conditions. Any particular reason for that as opposed to normal load?

I think that would be around 43 psi

I'm running 41psi (21") that's what the manual recommends.

I thought it was 41/38 for normal load on the 21s per the manual? i could be wrong. i'll check.
