Default Yeah, it was nice to see Raikkonen take it. Hamilton's moving him and his millions to Switzerland.

Tells us a bit about where he's coming from and his ego too. He's being roasted in GB over that. Funny, Valentino Rossi just got flack for moving from Italy to England to reduce his tax burden too. Patriotism seems to be a dying art.

Default Good - he screwed over Mclaren this year. I can't belive he got off without any punishment

for his part in the whole incident.

Default It's entirely possible he could be without a ride for next year. Of more interest, who willl be

Hamiltons team mate ?

Default Re: ALONSO LEAVES MCLAREN

Alonso is a fantastically fast driver. It is really hard to call him a cry baby when he should have been the love child at McLaren, he had a right in many ways to be angered and let down. He was the World Champion two years running and that alone deserves the attention and/or catering that fuels most all pilots in F1 machines. In the future the 2007 McLaren season will be exposed by the perusing FIA investigations and their cheating antics will be exposed and penalties asserted. I think it just might be the best decision he has made in his career. A Renault or BMW ride would keep in the mix, so wait for a short term deal. In the future you just might see him working with Schumi in the Ferrari camp.

Alonso likely to Red Bull or Williams for 1 yr. Rosberg or Kovalainen to Mclaren.

Default Mclaren is famous for letting their drivers duke it out on track. Alonso knew that but

underestimated Hamilton. He thought he was going to be de-facto No. 1 because of his speed but he was wrong. I'm not convinced Hamilton will be the next Schumie quite yet......
