RS4 headrests have the piping around them, why do you want to change them?
If its because they wont tilt, its possible to remove some of the plastic pieces inside them that prevent them from tilting. I did this last week and they now tilt back and forth just fine. Take a screwdriver and push it down where the plastic pieces are stuck to the headrest.

Thanks--I've searched and found that. First mod I'll try :-) before...
recontrojan's "comfort mod" --This really bugged me on my "test drive" but I already knew the was a remedy
