Am I seeing things or is the crease on the rear bumber less sharp than the B7 S4's bumper?

I could almost swear the crease on the B7 S4 has a harder edge. No?

I know, I am the master at nitpicking

http://audi.barrystuff.com/images/natasha_07.jpg</a

Default I think I'm right, look at this picture:

Why did Audi do this? The rounded bumper crease is old school A6 style, it doesn't quite fit with the rest of the RS4..

http://www.audiusa.com/common/images/2005_ext_gallery7_s4sedan_lg.jpg</a

Default well, it is a completely different part.

the roof and the doors are the only common body panels.

Default Right, but that doesn't mean it had to be cut any different..

They could have made the same part in the different metal they used.

Small nit I know...

Default Dont the rear doors have part of the fender flare on em?

That'd make the rear doors bespoke to the RS 4.

Default

it has to be cut different to fit the wider rear fenders....and it's plastic, not metal.

Default How so?

I can understand it has to be cut wider, but why does it have to have a more rounded crease? I can't think of one reason why the crease can't be sharper.

Default I don't know about the crease, but the S4 bumper cover wouldn't be wide enough...

...to reach the edges of the RS4 fenders.
