Default Actually, Audi now claims this too. I'm not sure about the mechanics though...

That says "by the editors", so I'm not sure Audi (or Torsen for that matter) is claiming that.

Default If memory serves me, a Torsen still needs a little bit of resistive torque at the "loose" end to do

its job. Therefore, if one end of the car is completely off the ground (assuming the center diff is the Torsen in question), 100% of the torque goes to the wheels spinning in air. 8-P
