How many times do you need to ask this? Your question has been answered in past threads...
Yes, people have put spacers on the RS4 with the stock wheels. Some have used 10mm spacers, others have used 8mm spacers. I suspect some others have used different sizes as well. The bottom line is that 8-10mm should work without any rubbing issues. If you want to be safe, stick with 8mm. Any less and you may not achieve the visual effect that you're going after. Any more and you may run into rubbing issues. It's not an exact science. Tire brand, size, alignment, etc. all factor into "what will work", so best to play it safe.
At the end of the day, spacers are a relatively small investment. If, for any reason, you try them and find that they don't work, you can always sell them and recoupe a good portion of your money.
