Anybody have an iPod solution for the RS4 head unit yet...
I accidentally posted this in the RS6 forum... was wondering why I couldn't find it here.
I just want audio and charge - I don't care for the systems that "try" to control the iPod through the head unit... sure way to cut your car in half with a tree. TIA.

OK... the only good solution is to disconnect the CD changer in the glovebox and use the new i-AUDI-T2 Dice unit from Dension (just came out like yesterday). You lose the CD changer but who uses CD's anyway? The guys at enfigcarstereo.com were very helpful and very familiar with the whole audi head unit line up. The install is easy - just pull out the cd changer, unplug it, plug in the Dice and off you go. I'll post a foloow up when I finish the install. BTW the folks at my dealer are totally useless - they weren't even familiar with the head unit in the RS4 stating "the cars just came in and we have no info from audi about the radios..." They also said I would HAVE to sacrifice the satellite to get iPod connectivity - not true.
